My broadband was supposed to be activated over a week ago. I've called and messaged customer service, only to hear apologies and vague, different possible reasons for why the broadband connection is not working yet.
Today, an engineer was supposed to come around to investigate the problem. I took the day off from work to fit their ridiculously long time window of 1 to 6 p.m. The engineer never showed up.
These people should be sued. Do NOT take your broadband from Sky. Avoid this company at all costs.
