I have been waiting 3 weeks for sky to deal with a broadband problem. My first complaint was not even logged! Thereafter I have spoken to numerous "advisors" all telling me a different story. I have a signal into house, I do not have a signal into house, it is my router - one would be ordered immediately, recorded delivery, first class post! Did not receive router rang AGAIN, router not ordered and "we do not use recorded delivery or first class post". Router finally received, did not work, rang again "Possibly it is your micro filters, you will have to get new ones" - purchased micro filters - surprise, surprise, broadband still not working!!
Finally broadband engineer sent out. It seems the system went into "sleep mode" and sky did not check properly!! Will probably change ISP most of my friends have.
