My Skybroadband internet connection is awfully slow and sometimes I have no internet connection at all.

I always call their support team and all they ask for me to do is turn-Off the modem to get a connection, but after a short while the internet speed degenerates and sometimes the connection is not available. Also, whenever i check with www.speedtest.net the internet connection speed it does not even reach 1Mbps and I am subscribing for a 1.5Mbps connection as agreed upon.

Do not even think about subscribing to SKYBroadband!!!
