Pro's....Customer support are kind. Speed is okay when it is working.
Con's.... Customer support have told me they have no idea how to fix the loss of connection.
I had my phone line improved by BT to support 7 mb speeds. Since then my service has gotten progressively worse. My router status tells me i am set up at 4.6 mb so I don't see what the problems can be. This has been an ongoing issue for 12 months and I have been more patient than most, we have been through every possible issue and I have can have 6-10 weeks of good service then it returns to being intermittent and low speeds.
My contract ends in February so I will be cancelling and going to Virgin media. It's not like I haven't given them a chance!!
I do not see that with Sky's yearly profits they cannot help foot the bill, along with BT and the other piggy backer companies and get fibre optic broadband rolled out across the UK. Greed as usual.
