Let me just start with saying that i have been with sky for 6 years and loyalty definatly doesnt pay!!!! Since moving house nearly 3 months ago we have had nothing but problems. Took 6 weeks to set up the broadband again and it is always stopping working, after coutless phone calls asking for a new router (as ours is 5 years old and obviously faulty)just kept telling us to reset it, move it round the house, unplug, replug, they have now adimmited there is a problem with it but say there is a charge as our worrinty has ran out!!! Complete joke, we have now cancelled all our sky products and to say we pay on adverage £70 a month thought the least they could do was send a free router? Well just lost a very good customer now!!!!
