These people constantly take "extra money" for apparent use outside of allowance. We have to constantly call them and challenges the extra charges, which are always refunded as they are always unjustified. This is presumably how they make their money, by creaming off small sums from a large number of people. We did not choose Plusnet...unfortunately, they bought Life Mobile, so our account was transferred to them. As soon as we have an opportunity to leave, we will do so.
