This is the worst provider I have had.
The signal is so poor that it doesn't go 15 ft to the front room with the door open without cutting out every few minutes.
I have been through all the ways to check what the problem is but it is the cheap, poor quality router that I believe is the issue.
I pay more than £38 a month for a signal I only get consistently in the hall. Great.

Customer Services are polite but steadfast in their denial of any responsibility. They seem to say they provide broadband and not wifi so that's where their responsibility lies.

Please don't be seduced by their good reviews for customer service - you only have to use their customer service because the service you are actually paying for is so poor.
I would have liked to have been assured that I could get a signal throughout my house before I purchased - as I did with Virgin and Talk Talk.

I feel ripped off.
