Signed up for Plusnet Fibre home phone on-line September booked technician to arrive at my house for 3 weeks (to fit fibre at my telephone socket) .Technician did not arrive despite ringing up previous day and told he would be arriving between 12:00 - 18:00 hrs .
Technician never arrived so rang Plusnet ,after a 30 minute told Fibre wasn't available in my area NO APOLOGY and a wasted day off work sothis contract had to be cancelled .
Anyay despite the poor service signed up for ADSL Broadband and home phone as it was free on 18 month contract but decided to pay a £2:50p month broadband charge as i didn't want to be tied up to a 18 month contract but opted for the 12 month contract hence the charge .
Plusnet still messed this order up only transferred the phone line not the broadband so customer advisor cancelled this contract and signed me up again and hopefully third time lucky i will be connected next week... 8 weeks later !
