Not quite so good as they seem, or used to be. Recently upgraded to their bt tv package. Had a number of issues with sound and picture quality. The fiber speeds were running at 15mb even before upgrading and engineer to come and see me at some pint.
So far taken them over a week to get a response via email of website. Their phone support takes over an hour to get through!
Invest in people plusnet...
