I moved to BT from PlusNet in August 2013 and plusnet secretly and without my permission /knowledge continued to draw Direct Debit monthly charges for over 18 months until January 2015 when I discovered they had charged me at least £340. plus a debt collection payment of £90.00p ,totalling over £430 after I had left them.
then set a Debt collection agency on me 3 weeks after I asked for what the payments were for?. They do not reply to letters (playing the system its called) Pretending they haven't received letters if they are complaints!
