Don't bother using their customer service facilities unless you require their inability to be of any true assistance to be repeated in a variety of ways.
And If they tell you that it is possible to amend your Direct Debit after the first payment has been collect at he point of sales, just know that this is a flat out lie.
Trying to resolve this I had the option of waiting 15 min on the phone or use the web chat, wish I went with neither. Tried to get an explanation as to why my due date could not be move(even though I have been assured this when I signed up to the phone and broadband) all response I received was that it is "set in stone" and they do not have the system to move a date.
