They forgot to send out our Router, so when they switched our broadband over we were without service until the new router arrived. Existing BT router cant be reconfigured and Customer service quoted 4-5 days to get our new one to us. They suggested we go and buy another router if we wanted service faster than that, couldn't live without service so that is what we did. A terrible start with a new customer.
