“Plusnet Cancellation Process”

Plusnet were great... right up until the point I wanted to cancel. I took virgin up on their bundle (Because SKY are rubbish and I needed TV) so had to cancel plusnets service, I was told i had to pay a cancellation fee of £22 and if i wanted to return, now that im with virgin, BT would charge me a £150 to reconnect the line.... well.... guess i wont be returning then.

Woah, £22! Virgin use a different technology to Plusnet. If you want the cables removed and replaced by BT again, then guess what they charge you! Blame Virgin for not telling you they were doing something that is difficult to reverse.
