I should have gone live on 12th Feb. rang several times, staff polite but haven't got a clue, they leave you on hold to go and ask questions, then give you answers and nothing happens. Finally went live 9th March, three weeks with no broadband. Still cant get into the portal, and they are no help. I`v just had a seventeen pound bill, so have been paying for the phone calls to get online. So much for the free 0800 No. Now i`m getting drop-outs.I`v paid for eighteen months so am stuck with them. Had i read the reviews they would not have had my money.

Same here, i signed up 30th march, chased them numerous times, constantly on hold. Eventually after 3 weeks (19 april) I got an email saying An engineer would come out and I would go live on the 3rd May!!!! I phoned up and cancelled. I would rather pay and extra £1 a month with another provider. I have signed up today with another provider today (20th april) and I go live 5th May.
So if anyone wants to find out the exact date they go live on the day they sign up with someone, please don't choose origin broadband.
