Complete shambles from start to finish. Not one part of the sign up journey to going live completed without having to phone 'customer service' and be on hold for 50 mins plus to speak to someone. Staff are friendly, but don't seem to be given the tools or knowledge to resolve anything.

Speed is terrible, streaming quality very poor and keeps dropping.

Not worth saving the few pounds a month by going with them.
