First of all they sent the router next day of activation date so i was out of internet for one day which I wasnt much bothered about. Speeds test tells me I'm receiving around 5-6 mbps. With sky I used to get from 12-14 mbps. The broadband constantly disconnects and takes ages to reconnect. No one seems to answer when you call support and no one replies on chat. Iv learnt my lesson not to try cheap companies. I have tried almost every company. The best ones are sky, talktalk and ee broadband. Avoid origin broadband and plusnet too. Rubbish customer service.
