Horrible staff, slow internet

My parents have their phone line and their internet with Orange and I think it is just appalling. My mum uses the house phone quite a lot and she started hearing a ''buzzing'' noise on the line, so she rang up Orange expecting some help off of them, but she was wrong, her call was received by some very rude woman who did not explain anything properly and seemed to be getting angry when my mum said she did not understand what this lady was asking her to do. A few weeks later I noticed my internet on my phone and Xbox was being very slow, it would take 10x longer to download anything and my Xbox live would disconnect every 10 minutes. So i logged onto a computer and completed a speed check online. The average speed in the UK in May 2013 is 14.7mbps, my speed is an appalling 0.15mbps. I use my internet a lot and I rely on it to be fast. So for anybody contemplating about moving to Orange..DON'T!!
