If you're an existing customer & you need ADSL support take a tip from me. Don't get bogged down with polite but inept Sub-Continent support staff instead demand to be put through to the LEVEL 2 SUPPORT TEAM. This will ensure you talk to British staff who actually know what they're doing and won't waste your time with limited know-how and make promises that are constantly broken. It irritates me that Orange is owned by France Telecom who harvest profits in the UK but UK telecom companies are prevented from doing the same in La Belle France. Gallic chancers!
