It is worst company ever !!
I signed up with orange on 31 March , until today they still didn't get the internet connection after over 70 days horrible experience I go through with them !! I finally decided to cancelled with them today but now they leave me a bill which around 100 pounds for pay the reroute and line install... for nothing I got but upsetting and frustration !! What is a horrible , illegal company !!!!
Any one know where I can go for complain ?!!

OTELO. They were helpful when sorting out a similar experience with Sky. Got a few quid back.
