I have had two business lines with One Bill for many years with no reason to complain. However when the business was sold and the new owners put a different supplier in place One Bill pestered me with emails, texts and phone calls trying to keep the business. As we had been using them for so many years there was no exit charge however we paid in advance for a months rental and only had 7 days service and they will not refund unused portion of charge unlike BT who we use for an additional line. I am very disappointed with their attitude and feel ripped off. I would not recommend to anyone to use this company.
