Having worked from home for over 30 years I transferred my business/home line to Onebill over 10 years ago. The service was ok-ish but the bills were always more than I expected from what they said I would pay. When it came to retirement and I wanted to transfer the line and number to my own name on my Sky package Onebill became the most difficult and obstructive company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with.

The result is that I have lost my home number and will now have to spend days trying to contact everyone who has had my number over over the past 30 years to tell them I have been forced to get a new one.

Would I recommend Onebill? Only to my worst enemy.

Further to my review above, I have spoken to Onebill yet again and they have said that they will enable me to keep my number and they will not try to block Sky from taking it.

After six weeks of problems I am not holding my breath on this one but I will keep you posted and report what happens next here. Fingers crossed.
