We have taken over a contract with them 2 year ago and had nothin but trouble. They don't confirm anything in writing - even when they are puished. They are incompetent, unfriendly and quite simply ciminal! We have tranfered our contract 2 daus early and the wante £299.00 termination fee. Wehave now changed the termination day eaxty to the day when the contract ends and they still charge another termination fee. It is just beyond belief how this company is allowed trading!
