My O2 broadband and phone service started about 6 weeks ago. Maybe I am writing this review too soon, but so far so good. The price is very competitive for existing O2 customers, service friendly and helpful. I had some trouble with the wireless router but I think it was probably my fault, and they spent time talking through on the helpline (freephone number). I am on the all-rounder package, and get speeds of around 10Mb fairly consistently.
One thing that swung it for me was the phone evening rate starts at 6pm, not 7pm like many providers. So I can make most of my calls in the evening and weekend call package. Of course like other providers they sting you for daytime calls, international etc.
I can see other people have had problems so I was wary but my experience has been very good so far.
