Having spoken to a lovely girl in the store we booked the app for our home broadband to be installed by B.T, this as usual was a 4hr tomescale. This from here is where it goes down hill. I waited in for the engineer and as expected he did not show, on contacting the customer service, line I can at least this advisor was helpful, advised he'd called the engineer who said he'd been at 6:20 but no one was at home. This was a joke as we where in and had been all afernoon, in actual fact on the phone to O2 at the time the engineer said he'd called, this at least the advisor could see and agreed that the engineer was lying and had he attended at this time anyway the app slot was actually 1-6, making him 20 mins late. We were promised that due to this failure we would receive our first two months free- second failure. The DD went out at full price, after calling the CS centre again I was made to feel like I was lying about the free months being issued. I was informed the calls would be listened to and I would receive a call back within 5 days, I was then informed that yes I should have had the free months and this would be now applied to my acc. Failure no. 3 - a £30 reward cheque to be sent after filling in online form. This done within the deadline, no cheque. After calling the CS centre again on the correct no they new nothing about this, and advised to go back in store. This was something I was not prepared to do for their mistake. After E-mailing them the original pro mo mail back to them I am now left waiting on a callback again. The level of service provided is absolutely discussing, I have an O2 phone that CS isn't any better. I would certainly NEVER recommend them to anyone for anything. Poor on every level.
