We live in South London, Clapham/Battersea to be precised. Living in London you would expect the internet to be good from a top provider, well think again!!

So far we have had 2 boxes both of which have been rubbish, the internet is slow and beings back the painful memories of putting up with dial up!!

Admittedly 02 do pick up the phone quickly when you call their helpline but this is little use when they are poorly trained and unhelpful went you get through. 02 have given us a small amount off our bill but ultimately they are useless. I would suggest you pay a little extra and go with Virgin or Sky!!
