Five years now the last two have seen the level of service plummet. I have lost clients due to their mysql service being at a standstill - tech support deny there is ever a problem and now their email is bust yet again. If their phone lines were not jammed solid right now I would be letting them know that I am terminating my contract with them. Mind bendingly frustrating to deal with and stupidly expensive - avoid!!!
