“KickAssProxy exist or not.....”

KickAssProxy Signed up with this company back in February, Tried to cancel with them within 2 days, The telephone number listed was of a Taxi firm in Manchester so does not exist as a company number submitting a ticket can only be done using there ZEN Desk, this leaves you with no Replies, disputed with PAYPAL as to how to contact this company they would not give me a contact number but clearly when I opened a dispute case Paypal got a response, how I will never know. “Absolutely ZERO customer support”

It started off well. Setup my ipad and PCs successfully to connect via their service - very good, but when I tried to connect my Android Galaxy Note 2 there was no way i could make it work, and they provide no tutorials for this device. I sent them a support question about setting up VPN for android via their support system. After TWO WEEKS of waiting I followed up on the same ticket to ask for progress. I agree and the number they provided me for customer support was a taxi firm, they delete the support tickets from their system.

Just so everybody is aware the current phone number on the site is also not connected to anything so you will get no phone support.

“None existent support and Ip mismatch”

I paid for their proxy plus VPN service. For 2 months the VPN didn't work. I sent numerous emails and files a number of support tickets. All went unanswered. then I find out the UK proxy I am paying for makes me appear to be in Thailand, the Philippines and Australia depending on the day and not the UK (read more)

It was a little bit tricky setting up but the customer support was spot on and got me up an running. However I could have done it myself had i followed the instructions but i just wanted to see if support actually existed. alot of these Proxy server companies are automated so that was good that there are some realy people behind the scenes. As for the service, its very fast but ofcourseits limited by my own internet connect when i'm overseas, as fast it is, so long as ive got a fast... (read more)

“Now thats what I called fast”

I'm and British ex pat and regularly use proxy servers to access UK content. The problem has been that free UK proxy servers are painfully slow and paid for proxy servers are not really that much faster. I tried Kick Ass Proxy server as they claimed to be the fastest and I have to say I'm pleasantly surprised. The sign up process is straight forward and u get a free trial.
