She took over a fiasco of incorrect replacement handset attempts and was
at last able to resolve our problem with a second engineer visit today 10th
June (problem first reported Tuesday 31st May)She alone impressed us with her
calm and professional approach to the problem wheras the majority of your call centre staff were obsessed with security checks,etc.We would promote
someone of her capability to senior management! Our star ratings all
relate to Daisy and not to the agent.

We're pleased you were happy with the approach of the staff member you dealt with but apologise for any prior difficulties you experienced with this.
