Our Company was new to Daisy about 6 months ago, having had shocking service from BT. We used an intermediary to find us a better deal and since we moved to Daisy our bills have almost halved. I am pleased with the ease of use of their website, and their customer service answered my call within a couple of rings, something that had never happened with our previous supplier! Overall I would recommend Daisy to everyone. I am pleased to say that their staff are polite and knowledgeable and I will continue to keep our phone accounts with them.
