as I could not put my hand on telephone number to report a fault on my phone went online to do so. answered by ES. quickly tested line, found fault and put in request for engineer. also arranged a call divert.
All above swiftly done with no problems. So much better and efficient than calling and going through option 1 then option 3 then option 6, so on and so on. Well done ES.
