BROADBAND CHOICES, terrible company. I joined Virgin Media back in June 2023 and was promised a £70.00 voucher after 120 days. After 120 days Virgin gave me the information they said l needed to pass on to Broadband choices to claim my voucher. It's not clear who Broadband choices work for but appears it is moneysupermarket which is where l followed the link to complete my broadband purchase with Virgin Media. I passed on the information both Virgin and Broadband choices said I needed to claim my £70.00 voucher and was then told by Broadband choices that it was invalid as I had not gone through the incorrect browser when registering for Virgin broadband on moneysupermarket. Virgin were equally unhelpful saying it was nothing to do with them as it was third party. The 2 people l dealt with at Broadband choices, who my complaint that l hadn't received the voucher was escalated to . If you ask for help or complain their sole aim is to not answer your question and email generic blurp. And this is because they want to give this £70.00 voucher to as few people as possible and save themselves substantial funds. You will also notice the meaningless responses they give to negative reviews on this site. This has been upsetting and frustrating for me as a customer going back and forth between Virgin and broadband choices. But ultimately it is BROADBAND CHOICES who are bad!!! BE WARNED...

Amazon gift card £125 not received from BroadbandChoices.co.uk and Shell energy Broadband!!! Can you please answer on this ticket I’ve been waiting for you support ticket. Purchased Virgin Broadband with promise of £95 Amazon Voucher within 120 days. Nothing arrived and no response from broadbandchoices customer service. Virgin accept no responsibility although they benefit from it and have a kick back scheme with them. Its a sham, stay away from Broadbandchoices and businesses like Virgin who associate with them.

Avoiding giving vouchers! Stay away if you looking to get the voucher. 120 days wait as per terms and conditions, and answer was that I’m not eligible. For some reason system did recorder me using not their link, but I did use proper link otherwise I will not get the email with all their details and terms etc. Disappointed!

Extremely poor. Took hours of my time to join 40mins to get through to someone on phone 5mins to cancel before we even started. Dont bother with this poor service. Went back to sky broadband. Would not recommend this to anyone

Horrible service and when one signs up for a longer contract it fails to deliver any wifi after the first day. So disappointed. Hate it. And I've tried to give them room for growth and improvements over the last two years. Nada.

My husband signed up in good faith to EE in July 2014 as yet we have not for 1day had both our land line and broadband working at the same time. My husband has a disability and depends highly on these services.Persistent attempts by him to get the problem sorted are fruitless. Constant phone calls and never speaking to same person twice.Promises that never come to fruition.Letters that are total nonsense and just printed off again with different date being told our order was cancelled by us when not.TOTAL NIGHTMARE would not recommend to anyone .Today we have landline But no broadband each time sinceJulywe are told it will be active in10days. Never happening so so disappointed.

I have had so much trouble with my P O BROADband I have been sent 2 modems promptly, but they will only work for a little while before they start playing up!by that i mean,whilst im in the middle of an email(or something else) iget apopup asking me do I want to connect to dialup and i can t get rid of it! after awhile I lose the internet YET I can get on SKPE but try any web sites and I get the message I am OFFLINE It is so frustrating plus your phone line is useless nobody answers it I have waited up to 50mins in the hope some will answer, I have been lucky twice!!! only after a long long wait, Unfortunately, Im elderly (81) and don t understand computer "JARGON" so im not helpful to some technicians, some understand and are very helpful, and instruct "IN MY LANQUAGE" Im obviously ok right now , but how long for ??? thanks

i found my internet provider through Broadbandchoices and have never regretted it 1 bit I have been happy and recommended friends and family to use this site for their broadband they will find the cheapest/ best options for your needs and save you time and money.

Very easy to use and understandable website/service and as a result i use it quite alot, my friends also use it quite a lot too, due to the fact that there are so many broadband services and on this site we can read reviews all in one place. GREAT SITE GREAT SERVICE AND HIGHLY RECOMMENDED Thanks

good detailed spread of deals with comparisons and links to supplier websites with contact phone number and costs totals for 1st year when they have any special offers available. gives details of both normal and fibre optic broadband where it is available. you type your post code and various offers will show up.

Love the compare the speed in your area. I found out others in my area with the same provider were getting much better speeds. I them contacted my provider and there was a much fast setting the I could be on, and my internal wiring was causing it to slow down. So I went from around 1.2MB to 2.3MB!
