Have been with BeThere for 5 years, and have 3 broadband connections with them, on 3 separate phone lines.

They were the best ISP 5 years ago: great service, no downtime, quick speeds.

They have declined badly in the last 12 months: constant connection issues (speed and dropouts) which they have acknowledged across their network.

I am going to move all 3 phone lines over to another ISP soon, as it's gotten so bad that sometimes it's affected my ability to work from home.

Would strongly advise not to use them.
