why do geeks keep updating something which did NOT need to be updated and give us a really bad service...I hate the new BT Internet.com run by Yahoo and think that I will get my husband to change as I just cannot cope with it all much longer....if something is not broken why fix it unless of course it is to keep some geeks in a job....they are certainly NOT interested in customer "service"!
