Sales person was truthful and knowledgeable about BT Infinity 2.
Engineer arrived on time and set up connection professionally and quickly.
New line in was free (usually £130)
Engineer visit was free (usually £45)
Superb broadband genuine unlimited without traffic management (unlike virginmedia)
73 Mb/s Download and 16M/s Upload solid night and day.
BT sport included free, I stream it from PC to TV.
BT SmartTalk useful. Similar to Skype
BT WIFI useful on both phone and laptop when out and about.
50Gb free storage is not very good its the same rubbish from f-secure that Virginmedia use. Its slow and poorly implemented. I have a professional paid for service that is great with BTs fast connection.
The supplied BT HUB (router)isn't great but you can use your own high quality configurable router plugged into their modem, its easily setup.
Our household are very heavy users of broadband and BT Infinity 2 has not skipped a beat in 2 months use.
We can have all these 9 services running on our devices through the house properly at the same time.
Skype, BT Sport, Xbox, P2P, Streaming movie, youtube, Spotify streamed to the HIFI, surfing internet on both PC and mobile phone.
oh and BT gave a £50 Sainsbury voucher to spend.
