I feel completely cheated....when you hand ovefr money for nothing in return....what do you call that?
I regret the day I even considered BT let alone signing up to their 'service'. From the day I it was installed my service was super unreliable, I had to reset the router almost everyday....considering there is both a modem and a router to reset, this was a super tedious process.
I found that I couldn't rely on access to the internet...I'm currently on a 4 day break, as in it's not working and BT don't seem to care. The Indian tech support at least were contrite, the British guy I spoke to sounded if he quite liked the fact I was having a crappy time. When I asked for them to release me as they are not fulfilling their obligations his response was contemptuous. After all, as a paying customer paying his wages and helping the company get away with such shoddy service, what more do I deserve?
