After signing up to BT Broadband on their website, I then had to spend hours on the phone to call centers trying to correct the information which had been interpreted wrongly (for no given reason). This proved impossible (I think they still have my address incorrect). Terrible service for a service which had not even started yet. I was worried. I am now allegedly connected. I say allegedly, as although I am paying for the service, our broadband is currently unable to find the network. It very occasionally does work... at ridiculous slow speeds for minimal temporary periods. Slower than my dial up connection from ten years ago. In addition to the broadband not working, whenever some one tries to call our new land line number, it comes up with user busy. We can't make outgoing calls either. Another service that we're not receiving. All in all, an extremely stressful and painful experience so far. If you're thinking about going with BT, I can only give you my opinion - please don't make the same mistake I have.
