It sickens me to even call this a broadband provider. If your with AOL I would recommend leaving under any means necessary they usually charge an absurd amount for a MAC code but im sure its worth it. I myself have yet to switch because of money problems to bother with this stuff but browsing on it internet is a hard task for any AOL user.
Router constantly crashes, when we are online I receive around 30-50kbps IF IM LUCKY and right now its 14kbps... yeh I know, I think only ONCE in my 4 years usage notice of this godless broadband service have I seen it go to 200kpbs and that lasted around 3 hours then back to this waste...
If your with them NO MATTER WHAT THEY TELL YOU WHATSOEVER do no trust them nor accept there complimentary free routers that constantly break, their customer service will literally try EVERYTHING to their last dying breathe to keep you using AOL just ignore their pleas and move on from the horrible service, its actually pity-able how much they try to keep you using it but non the less head my warning LEAVE.
I am furious day in and out, constantly resetting the router to get a crappy aftermath, you don't think it could get this annoying but AOL makes having bad service, Broadband speeds and quality an artform
