“cant get thru on the phone”

I have tryed to phone at least 4 times ,waiting at least 15 to 20 minutes and all I got was a bloody machine saying I am in line, the line must have been all the way to the moon .I dont bother any more .

“Three years using 24Talk - still a very happy customer”

I've used 24Talk for about three years, and rarely have a bill much over £25. Mind you, I try not to talk for more than an hour (just hang up and ring back - easy). Customer Service has been helpful on more than one occasion, like when I got a new computer and updated some IT stuff.

“Absolute rubbish”

I was persuaded to give them a try when I was on Talk Talk....they phoned up and said that they could beat my service by £3 a month and it would be exactly the same. I had unlimited broadband, calls and line rental for approx £25 a month. I had to pay £8.99 for the router and instead of our 4 meg that we got from Talk Talk, we were down to 3 meg with 24 talk. The 1st months bill came in! £56!!! I immediately got on the phone but since it was a Saturday, they were closed! Not impressed so I wrote to them by email and yes, I did get a reply on the Monday morning. They had me on 10mg instead of unlimited so I had an excess charge of £22 and they admitted that they had it wrong about my call waiting not being on. I asked about unlimited and was told it would be £31 per month and a new 18 month contract would start again. Got my 2nd bill in and it is £48. Just as bad! I asked about cancellation and was told it would cost me £285! This past week, the Internet goes down frequently, needs rebooted all the time and the latest speed test is 0.23 meg and we even cannot Skype nor watch a film. Not impressed at all. I will spend the weekend writing another complaint by email about this service. I think dial up was a faster Internet...this is just RubbishI am looking into paying the cancellation money and going with one of the free broadband deals on quid co for 12 months and paying the line rental and anytime calls. I am sure it would work out cheaper! In summary, do not sign up for this service!!!

“yours calls.net ”

needed to upgrade my broadband package today to unlimited usage with your calls.net part of (24talk) As I am on there basic broadband for £6.50per month with 10gb monthly usage, as I now have a smart TV which enables me to watch alot more of bbc i player. After calling customer services and explained my situation and not really wanting to leave this company overall there quite good. I was disappoint that there unlimited package is £18.00per month after explaining thats alittle expensive, and there are cheaper unlimited broadband deals out there from one provider alot cheaper at 10.00per month. The customer service team didnt even try to keep me as a customer they said this is the price for our broadband, as other companies will try to match a deal or offer a better price to keep a customer (after stating i didnt really want to leave them) they were happy for me to pay and leave this company as i was still in contract, and go to another provider.

Really good value for money brill savings against BT, low cost line rental good times, low cost calls, customer service is really good and uk based, broadband with yourcall.net is brill good speeds, very reliable, no connection charges free wireless box, only £6.50 month and uk based technical support, not bad, although customer services is only available monday to friday, which is no grate hardship, you can email them and they do respond first thing monday mornings its good. try it, im pleased and saved money.

Do you work for them, I was told my bill would be £6.50 per month, when I got my bill at the end of the month it was £10.83 plus other charges which came to £30.

“Excellent!”

24Talk is a million times better than TalkTalk, although many have not heard of this company, we have used them for a year for our phone lines, (two) when calling you get to speak to very polite staff who are genuinely helpful, we never had an expensive bill. When the contract was nearly up, we had a very polite phone call saying that the contract is nearly up and if we would like to discuss a new one then to call the lady on the number, whilst she was on the phone we asked her for information on changing the internet over to them and the lady went through it on the phone and said she would send the information through, two days later we received all the information and a very good deal, their standard package is 20gb download, but for £3.17 extra a month you get 70gb download. We went with them for the internet and they set a date for us to move over to them, and a week before they sent the modem and everything though, the switch over was extremely good, all information provided was amazing and since then the internet has been constantly good, we was getting 0.6 speed we are now getting 6.6, although they said they cannot guarantee the speed (which is understandable) they assured that if we do see a drop if we call they will sort it. Could not really praise them enough, really really happy with what they provide.
