Just phoned them about my breakdown but because I did not inform them that I acquired a new vehicle In January my policy was invalid and wanted £400 to tow me home.Absolutely livid with them and told them I will be taking matters further as I'm sure I'm not on my own in not informing them they stink AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Thank you start rescue in resolving the issue and i'm glad to to say i will be staying with you.Apart from the recent issue i do find your breakdown recovery a fantastic service and your app that shows your location in the unfortunate event of breaking down is excellent.
