This was the first time for me to need help from Start Rescue.
After just finishing work I jumped into my car and drove off. I soon realised that the car was sounding bad and underpowered. I pulled over and phoned Start rescue. I did not know the names of the place I was in so the the guy on the phone asked me where I was coming from and where I was headed and worked out where I was. He then told me that they had confirmation that someone on the way to me and would be with me within 45 minutes. They arrived soon after run diagnostics and had my car on the back of the truck in no time. They dropped me and my vehicle at my home as I requested.
It was a good experience. No complaints at all. I am very happy.
