Excellent and efficient , friendly and helpful all things you need when a breakdown occurs.
I can honestly say that I haven't had any problems with startrescue they've got great customer service, and for the price I paid I got slot when I needed it the most, I'm very happy to of taken out my policy with them. They answered my call within a minute of calling, asked me questions on the breakdown and told me the likely hood of being helped at the roadside to being towed to a garage nearby of to one of my choice.
My breakdown was a tow to a garage, I was able to confirm which one I wanted and within 40 minutes the car was being towed just enough time to get the kids sorted out and things I needed out the car and get a relative to get them home.
