I bought 3 star cover and ensured that I have a home recovery. This morning car broke down at home address and I called Start Rescue to find out that I have one star cover which does not include home recovery. None of the paperwork explain what is covered and how many star cover I have bought so I have no evidence what level cover I have. So they sell you a cover, don't add any details about the level of the cover on the paperwork and just try to charge you extra when you need recovery. since my car would need towing the starting price through them is £111 plus any special equipment. Be careful and ensure that you get level of the cover in writing.
