I think the person I originally spoke to was a trainee. Having mentioned that we where on the A31 between Four Marks and Alton she had great difficulty in understanding the location. It seemed to me that she was searching the western end of the A31 because all she could mention was that it was a long road. However this was put into insignificence by the exceptional service we received from J D Motors mechanic who was very understanding and quickly put us back on the road.
