I have suffered a breakdown some days ago.
When I called they were not able to find my policy and they denied assistance.
I had to call a garage and pay the expense of the breakdown van on my own.
As I had to wait one week for the broken piece in that one I called them back (3hours on the phone) and arranged another van to take me to another garage. That was ok, some delay with the van, but ok.
I sent a claim asking them to pay compensation for having ignored me, and the invoices for the van I paid and taxi from garage home.
I have just received a call for them telling me that is not covered.
PLEASE SPEND A LITTLE MORE MONEY AND TRY TO AVOID THIS COMPANY.
