I was a fool to buy their breakdown cover saving 15 odd quid, hoping that if not as good as AA or RAC they would be at least OK.
They don't have a customer service, if there is any I couldn't get hold of it.
Call out charges are unbelievable.
I moved back to AA for 15 pounds more after 3 months.
