I Took out a policy with RESCUEMYCAR AND WHEN I PHONED THEM TO CHANGE MY CAR DETAILS THEY TOLD ME THAT MY POLICY HAD BEEN CANCELED IT WAS A GOOD JOB THAT I PHONED THEM BECAUSE I WAS GOING AWAY THAT WEEKEND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS APALING THEY JUST SAID THAT I HAD CANCELED IT WHICH WASNT TRUE THEY DONT OFFER MONEY BACK SO WHY WOULD ANYONE CANCLE YOU MIGHT ASWEL LET IT RUN THEY DIDNT NOTIFY ME AT ALL THEY SAID SOMEONE WOULD CALL ME BACK BUT NO ONE DID I WONDER HOW MANY OTHER PEOPLE THEY HAVE RIPPED OFF IN THIS WAY I HAVE SINCE TAKEN OUT ANOTHER POLICY WITH ANOTHER COMPANY SO PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

We never cancel policies mid-term without receiving instructions from our customers.
