3+hrs....still nothing. Satin a Porsche in a not so nice area. Many phone calls later, i'd had enough of excuses so managed to trace the amateur's who were supposed to recover the vehicle. They said it would easily be a further 3-4hrs min before they would be able to attend. 7+hrs to recover a Porsche with a seizing n/s handbrake? After hearing that, Rescuemycar.com (NCi insurance) of Harrogate, told me they could do nothing. I had to pay a local resident £30 to allow my car to stay on their property. I have had my £40 excess back + initial membership fee. Within minutes of returning home I joined the RAC. I suggest you do the same. I am a Director of a successful Company & can say, Hand on Heart, ifI treated my customers that way well,...you get the idea.
JOIN THE RAC OR AA!!!Don't mess with these plonkers who rely soley on Third parties. Pity. The Staff were deserving of a better company to work for.

Hi,
Once my refunds had been paid, your Company said , in a very rude fashion, it would no longer enter into any further correspondance. No apology. So, RESCUEMYCAR have a little to learn about 'Customer service'.

The staff did what they could. It's the way that this Business is run that is the problem.
