Broke down on the A47 with my wife daughter & four dogs. Phoned the RAC got told they would be with us in 45 mins, couple of phone calls and 2 & a half hours later some one shows up. He was helpful couldn't get the car going so phoned for a recovery truck. Stated we are on a high priority list as the place was unsafe had a child with as and my wife is disabled and can not take her medication with out food. Had a phone call back telling me to phone an ambulance. 6 hours gone and we are still here & have been told they will send a contracter out last time the family and I choice this so called company.
