I tried to get a receipt from the RAC for some work that they had done (replacement tyre).
It took me 8 calls and 45 minutes and still I had no receipt.
They just kept bouncing me back to their very long telephone queue.
The customer service team didnt seem to know who it was I was supposed to speak to and the whole thing was a shambles.
