Phoned RAC at 16:10 told them that my car had broken down was told someone would be with me in 45 min (16:55)
At 17:30 phoned to ask when they would arrive told shortly.
At 18:45 phoned to say I am still waiting
At 19:15 received a call to tell me they would be with me at 19:45.
At 16:10 I had told them that they would need a low loader to remove my car.
When the man arrive at 19:45 he tried to start car then said they would need a low loader time was 19:55 he told me the low loader would be with me at 23:00.
It had taken them 3hrs 30min to tell me something I knew at 16:10.
